Please note: we answer our email within a 48-hour period. If you do not hear from us it could be we're away on vacation, away for a course, the computer is down, or the internet is not working. We're happy to answer your queries by phone, too. 

Skype allows us to talk to anyone in the world for free over the internet. http://www.skype.com/getconnected/  and, we have a webcam so you can see us, too.

We use compostable cellophane and natural packaging whenever possible.

If I am away, I'll make a note here, to let you know when I'll be back. 

Just to let you know well in advance: I will be away from July 10th returning to work on 

July 27th. I will not be available by email or phone during that period as I will be in class.
